First day of school: ZBT Research School kicked-off

   The ZBT Research School, a type of graduate programme, has 23 students and has now started with a kick-off workshop. The aim is to train, support and network the participants in order to promote excellent science in the field of hydrogen technologies.

Ruhr region, Germany's number 1 hydrogen region according to the German Economic Institute

   The Ruhr region is a leader in hydrogen development, with plans for a 9,700 km network and connections to key seaports, poised to become a national model region for Germany's hydrogen market.

Royal visit: King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands at the ZBT

King Willem-Alexander and Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst at the ZBT hydrogen test field
   During a working visit to North Rhine-Westphalia on the subject of hydrogen, King Willem-Alexander and Minister President Hendrik Wüst visited the ZBT, among other places. He spoke with scientists and visited a laboratory and the ZBT's hydrogen test field.
